INGREDIENTS
5 medium/standard-sized russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into ½-inch cubes
½ cup finely diced celery [approximately 3 stalks]
1 onion, diced
3 cups of vegetable broth
3 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ cup butter [I used salted]
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup sharp cheddar, grated
a few cranks of ground black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp dried dill [add ¼ tsp first, taste, then double if you love it!]
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop your veggies and toss em in the pot!
Next add veggie broth, garlic, butter, salt, and pepper.
Set your slow cooker to HIGH and cook for 4 hours, or, if you’re gone for the day, set it to LOW for 8 hours.
After returning to your slow cooker, you have a very important [ok not that important] decision to make. Do you want your soup chunky or smooth?
For smooth soup, use a potato masher or even an immersion blender to creamify the soup.
For chunky potato soup, grab a wooden spoon and mash the potatoes partially. I went the fabulously chunky route and it came out deliciously thick and hearty.
Ready to eat? Simply mix in your cheese, spices, and a spoonful or two of green onions. Taste, season as needed, toss on some toppings, and dig in! I wound up adding extra dill and a little more garlic powder…

I hand carried a handwritten note from D to M a few minutes ago. It was not sealed. I read it. It will have to do with her putting the structure of the Ministry together.
In D’s hand he ABSOLUTELY CONFIRMED a number of things.
One of them was that during a special time in the 1990’s at a facility he was a sight/sound witness to something that happened 2,000 years ago: he said he was a witness to the reality of the Crucifixion.
I stopped in the hallway and really I am still crying.
He finally admitted to what he was showed. He saw the whole thing.
Some differences to oral tradition but I needed to tell everyone! It’s real! I don’t know what to do?

Effects of taurine chloramines: anti-inflammatory
effects of taurine
Myeloperoxidase (MPO) derived from neutrophils, monocytes,
and macrophages plays an important role in the
defense of organisms by producing highly cytotoxic hypochlorous
acid (HOCl). However, excessive or misplaced
production of HOCl can cause tissue damage and has been
implicated in the pathogenesis of inflammatory vascular
diseases (Podrez et al. 2000). MPO- and HOCl-modified
LDL have been shown to be present in animal and human
atherosclerotic lesions (Malle et al. 2000, 2001). Similar to
oxidized LDL, HOCl-modifed LDL is easily taken up by
macrophages, a process which results in the stimulation of
arterial lipid accumulation (Marsche et al. 2003).
Taurine reacts with the HOCl produced by neutrophils
and macrophages to form taurine chloramines, a less toxic
substance (Weiss et al. 1982). Under physiological conditions,
HOCl is detoxified via this process (Schuller-Levis
and Park 2004). Therefore, it is plausible that taurine
neutralizes HOCl and thereby reduces the levels of HOClmodified
LDL and other molecules, leading to the suppression
of inflammatory response and lipid accumulation
in the aorta.
It is of interest that generated taurine chloramines
(TauCl) inhibit the production of superoxide and proinflammatory
mediators, including tumor necrosis factor-a
(TNF-a), NO, prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and monocyte
chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) in activated macrophages
(Park et al. 1995) and neutrophils (Marcinkiewicz et al.
1998a). TauCl also modulates the functions of T cells
(Marcinkiewicz et al. 1998b). The inhibition of nuclear
factor-jB (NF-jB) activation associated with inhibitor of
nuclear factor jB (IkBa) oxidation has been postulated to
be a mechanism responsible for the anti-inflammatory
effects of TauCl (Kanayama et al. 2002). Thus, it has been
suggested that TauCl is produced at sites of inflammation
to function as a modulator of inflammatory reaction
(Schuller-Levis and Park 2004).
It has been reported that the locally activated reninangiotensin
system contributes to vascular damage by
increasing oxidative stress and activating immune response
(Schmieder et al. 2007). Blocking the actions of angiotensin
II have been shown to suppress the development of
atherosclerosis (Rosenson 2003). Taurine has been shown
to antagonize the actions of angiotensin II (Takahashi et al.
1997; Schaffer et al. 2000), which may be partly responsible
for the anti-inflammatory effects of taurine.
These findings suggest that taurine may reduce the
HOCl-mediated modification of LDL and other proteins in
atherosclerotic lesions by neutralizing HOCl produced by
neutrophils and macrophages. In addition, TauCl modulates
inflammation and affects the development of atherosclerosis.
Considering that atherosclerosis is a chronic
inflammatory disease, TauCl may play a role as a local
modulator of inflammation.
